TDITM 26: Goose a-Laying redo

REDO COMPLETE! After much internal debate, I settled on just redoing the nest and switching the Citron for Julep. Here’s the before shot:

Yes, Citron did look nice, but Julep works well for both the individual ornament and more importantly, the overall set:

I had to get a little vicious ripping the nest off the goose, but the damage was minimal. I can move on now.

I do really love the Citron felt and I keep trying to sneak it in there during my makes but so far, nope. It’s too late to fold it in now. It looks like the DMC 166 embroidery and occasional citron sequin will have to do. I am working on the color guide and it will be up soon!
