Stitch therapy awaits! If you can: sew basic hand Stitch therapy awaits! If you can: sew basic hand stitches, print stuff, cut stuff, and glue stuff, then you are ready to get started. And because of the *magic* of Sulky Stick ’n Stitch, you simply embroider and cut on the printed lines. My Twelve Days series is a great primer. It starts out beginner-friendly and gets more complex as you sew your way through the series in order. By the time you finish pattern no. 12 you’ll be an ornament makin’ rockstar. mmmcrafts.com > Get Started for more info on your new hobby.

MERRY HUMBUG: August means All Through The House! MERRY HUMBUG: August means All Through The House! Under a blanket of new fallen snow, this cozy house is silent and waiting for the arrival of St Nicholas. There's a surprise inside the door - a fully decorated Christmas tree! (Gingerbread variation has a tiny Santa. Awww!) See the blog post for handy tips on materials.

If you are joining this challenge (to sew one INTERMEDIATE pattern per month in 2026) now's the time to get going on this new pattern! Throughout the month, tag a photo of your finishes with @mmmcrafts and #merryhumbugchallenge to share your progress! (Please, no photos/videos of my pattern pages.) I will cheer you on!
