TDITM ’25 Color Guide: French Hen

This is the palette I used for my eldest daughter’s Twelve Days set during my 2025 Twelve Months in Twelve Days challenge. Below are the detailed felt/floss color guides for you.
Benzie Design has stellar customer service, and quick shipping. Their felt, floss, sequins, and beads are an absolute joy to work with! They will be very happy to help you find what you need!

EMBROIDERY COLORS:

DMC White
DMC Black (eye)
DMC 3705 (belly)
DMC 919
DMC 3706 (leaves on wing)
DMC 3708 (flower)
DMC 3820
DMC 3847
DMC G3852 (loop)
OTHER NOTIONS:
I added one 5 mm translucent iridescent sequin behind the eye and three on the tail. I wish instead of white seed beads I had used white French knots to secure the tail sequins. Let’s just say I did. I added one 4 mm translucent iridescent sequin under a French knot at the end of the wing. I substituted one 10 mm brass sequin plus one 6 mm white sequin plus a clear seed bead instead of felt for the flower center.
