Color Guide: Bob Cratchit

Bob Cratchit is the sixth pattern in my Ebenezer Ornament Series. Here are the detailed felt/floss/sequin/bead color guides for you!

MODERN PASTEL OLIVE/MINT BOB

BENZIE FELT COLORS:
Turquoise: Hat, collar, cuffs, boots
Moss: Coat front, back, sleeves, liner
Fern: Elbow patches
Ecru: Comforter
Julep: Body front and back, holly leaves

FLOSS/SEQUIN/BEAD COLORS:*
Hat: DMC D3852 for leaf veins, Benzie Red Metallic 4 mm sequins + Benzie Red seed beads (and a Benzie Rose Quartz sequin layered on just one of those combos because I like to make things complicated but you don’t have to)
Coat: DMC 3851, DMC D301 (just for flowers and buttonhole), DMC 3712 (buds), Benzie Graphite seed beads
Elbow Patches: DMC 3851
Cuffs: DMC 3851
Trousers: DMC 3815 (but I wish I had used 3816 instead), DMC 3712 (stripes), DMC D301 (stirrups)
Year on back: DMC 746
*All sequins/beads sewn with gold metallic sewing thread, except for the buttons which were sewn with copper thread. In addition to the DMC colors listed, you will also need matching floss or thread to sew pieces together.

Hair: Copper 6 mm wide chenille stem
Hanging Loop: DMC Pearl Metallic 5282 (or better yet DMC G3852)

MODERN PASTEL MUSTARD/CORAL BOB

BENZIE FELT COLORS:
Mustard: Hat, elbow patches
Julep: Holly leaves
Coral: Coat front, back, sleeves, liner
Pink: Collar, cuffs

Ochre: Body front and back
Turquoise: Boots

Hat: DMC D3852 for leaf veins, Benzie Copper Metallic 4 mm sequins + Benzie Red seed beads (and a Benzie Rose Quartz sequin layered on two of those combos because I like to make things complicated but you don’t have to)

Elbow Patches: DMC 3851
