TDITM 26 Color Guide: Swan a-Swimming

This is the palette I used for my youngest daughter’s Twelve Days set during my 2026 Twelve Days in Twelve Months challenge. Below are the detailed felt/floss color guides for you.

COLOR GUIDE:

FELT COLORS:

Julep: Body front and back
White: Wings
Turquoise: Water
Sherwood: Flower C, neck band
Cherry Red: Beak
Capri: Flower A
Silver Metallic: Flower B

EMBROIDERY COLORS:
Note: These are just the decorative colors. You’ll also need matching floss or thread colors to sew the felt pieces together. (There might be some overlap.)

OTHER NOTIONS:
I added a 5 mm translucent iridescent sequin behind the French knot on the eye. I also added a 5 mm translucent iridescent sequins under one of the French knots on the wing. I added 4 mm Benzie Rainbow Iridescent sequins under the French knots on the neck band and also under each knot on the tail. And of course, added a little glam with the metallic silver Flower B.
